Set Default NTLM Protocol Version (v1 or v2)

Demonstrates how to set the default NTLM protocol version. Xbase++

//  Choose 1 or 2:

//  That is all.  The variable named "glob1"
//  does not need to be kept in existence. 

//  For example:
oGlob2 := CreateObject("Chilkat.Global")
//  Should show the value 1.
