Create a Remote Directory on an SFTP Server

Demonstrates the Chilkat SFtp.CreateDir method, which creates a remote directory. The only argument is the directory path.

Background: The key caveat is that parent directories are not necessarily created automatically — creating a/b/c in one call may fail if a/b does not already exist. To build a deep path, create each level in turn (or check existence first with FileExists). Attempting to create a directory that already exists is generally an error, so guard against it when re-running a job.
