Workaround for the deprecated Crypt2.OpaqueVerifyBytesENC method

Shows how to replace the deprecated OpaqueVerifyBytesENC method. (Chilkat is moving away from the use of CkByteData.) Ruby

bd.AppendEncoded("base64 encoded p7m","base64")
