  const encoded = http.urlEncode(s);
  console.log(`URL encoded: ${encoded}`);

  // Space → %20

  const decoded = http.urlDecode(encoded);
  console.log(`URL decoded: ${decoded}`);

  // Output:

  // URL encoded: Hello%20World%21%20100%25%20sure.
