Workaround for the deprecated Crypt2.SignBytes method

Shows how to replace the deprecated SignBytes method. (Chilkat is moving away from the use of CkByteData.) CkPython

crypt = chilkat.CkCrypt2()

cert = chilkat.CkCert()
