Create and Save an EML Message from a URL

Demonstrates Mht.GetAndSaveEML, which creates an EML MIME message from a live web page (or local HTML file) and saves it to a file.

The file paths are relative to the application's current working directory. Absolute paths may also be used. Supply the paths appropriate to your own environment.

Background. The EML output is a MIME email message containing the HTML page and its referenced resources, suitable for sending the page as an HTML email.
