Transition from Zip.AppendNewDir to Zip.AddEmpty

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated AppendNewDir method calls with AddEmpty. PowerShell

# Do the equivalent using AddEmpty.

# Indicate the newly appended entry is a directory entry.
