(PHP Extension) Workaround for the deprecated Crypt2.OpaqueSignBytes method

Shows how to replace the deprecated OpaqueSignBytes method. (Chilkat is moving away from the use of CkByteData.)

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
