(PHP ActiveX) Example: Http.DownloadAppend method

Demonstrates the DownloadAppend method.

Chilkat ActiveX Downloads ActiveX for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Note: The php_com_dotnet.dll may need to be enabled inside of php.ini.
