Transition from Zip.GetEntryByID to Zip.EntryById

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated GetEntryByID method calls with EntryById. Perl

$zip = chilkat::CkZip->new();

# Do the equivalent using EntryById.
# Your application creates a new, empty ZipEntry object which is passed
