(Perl) Transition from Email.Clone to Email.MakeCopy

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated Clone method calls with MakeCopy.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.

# The Clone method is deprecated:

# emailObj is a Email
$emailObj = $email->Clone();
if ($email->get_LastMethodSuccess() == 0) {
    print $email->lastErrorText() . "\r\n";
    exit;
}

# ...
# ...

# ------------------------------------------------------------------------
# Do the equivalent using MakeCopy.
# Your application creates a new, empty Email object which is passed 
# in the last argument and filled upon success.
