(Perl) Workaround for the deprecated EncryptString and DecryptString methods

Shows how to replace the deprecated EncryptString and DecryptString methods. (Chilkat is moving away from the use of CkByteData.)

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
