Create a Remote Directory on an SFTP Server

Demonstrates the Chilkat SFtp.CreateDir method, which creates a remote directory. The only argument is the directory path.
Background: The key caveat is that parent directories are not necessarily created automatically — creating
a/b/c in one call may fail if a/b does not already exist. To build a deep path, create each level in turn (or check existence first with FileExists).
