Check if a MIME Part is an Image
See more MIME Examples
Demonstrates the Chilkat Mime.IsImage method, which returns whether the Content-Type begins with image/. It takes no arguments and applies to the current part.
Note: The file path is relative to the application's current working directory. Absolute paths may also be used. Supply the path to your own file.
Background: This locates image parts — inline graphics in a
multipart/related message, or image attachments — so your code can preview thumbnails, extract them, or handle them differently from documents. It matches any image/ subtype, including image/svg+xml.Chilkat Pascal (Lazarus/Delphi) Downloads
