Set Default NTLM Protocol Version (v1 or v2)

Demonstrates how to set the default NTLM protocol version. Objective-C

//  The default NTLM protocol version used Chilkat-wide, for any 
//  operations involving NTLM can be set like this:

CkoGlobal *glob1 = [[CkoGlobal alloc] init];

//  Choose 1 or 2:
glob1.DefaultNtlmVersion = [NSNumber numberWithInt:1];

//  That is all.  The variable named "glob1"
//  does not need to be kept in existence. 

//  For example:
CkoGlobal *glob2 = [[CkoGlobal alloc] init];
//  Should show the value 1.
