Bind and Listen on an Available Port in a Range

Demonstrates Socket.BindAndListenPortRange, which searches an inclusive port range for an available TCP port, binds it, and begins listening. It returns the selected port, or -1 on failure.

    socket := chilkat.NewSocket()
