(Delphi ActiveX) Transition from MailMan.LoadXmlFile to EmailBundle.LoadXml

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated LoadXmlFile method calls with EmailBundle.LoadXml.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
