(Delphi ActiveX) Transition from Email.GetSignedByCertChain to Email.LastSignerCert

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated GetSignedByCertChain method calls with LastSignerCert.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
