(C# UWP/WinRT) Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-kyc

Opens an encrypted .zip containing Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC XML. Gets the XML and validates the digital signature. Then computes the hash for the mobile number and Email ID.
