(Chilkat2-Python) Transition from Email.GetEncryptedByCert to Email.LastDecryptCert

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated GetEncryptedByCert method calls with LastDecryptCert.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
