(Chilkat2-Python) Transition from Crypt2.GetSignerCertChain to Crypt2.LastSignerCert

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated GetSignerCertChain method calls with LastSignerCert.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
