Demonstrates how to append a Unicode string.

    CkString str;

    // Append a Unicode string

    // A Unicode string can be appended to a CkString object.
    str.appendU(L"This is a unicode string.");

    // The string can always be retrieved as either utf-8, ANSI, or Unicode
    // at any time.
    // All are null terminated.
