getEncodedRange - Return a subrange of a byte array as an encoded string

getEncodedRange returns a subrange of a byte array as an encoded string.

$someBytes_bytes = pack "C11", 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10;
$someBytes = new chilkat::CkByteData();
$someBytes->append($someBytes_bytes,11);

$startIndex = 4;
$numBytes = 5;

#  Convert to hexidecimalized string:
print $someBytes->getEncodedRange("hex",$startIndex,$numBytes) . "\r\n";

#  Convert to base64 string:
print $someBytes->getEncodedRange("base64",$startIndex,$numBytes) . "\r\n";

#  Convert to URL-encoded string:
