Lists the hash algorithms available for a CSP.

*  Other commonly used CSPs can be selected with these
*  methods:

*      SetProviderMicrosoftEnhanced()
*  Otherwise the CSP can be selected by setting the ProviderName
*  property to the exact name of the Cryptographic Service Provider.
