C# XMP example code showing how to fetch the value of as simple integer property from an XMP embedded within a JPG.

Chilkat.Xmp xmp = new Chilkat.Xmp();
xmp.UnlockComponent("anything for 30-day trial");

// Open a JPG (or TIFF) file containing embedded XMP metadata
xmp.LoadAppFile("IndependantPhotographer-Example.jpg");
		
Chilkat.Xml xml = xmp.GetEmbedded(0);

// Fetch the value of a simple integer property.				
int val = xmp.GetSimpleInt(xml,"tiff:XResolution");
